This is the author’s twenty-fourth novel since his retirement in 1998 as the Director of Legal research at the Law Library, Library of Congress. His first three books were published by Beard Books, Washington, D.C. while he was the author-in-residence there. Thereafter, his works have been published by Time Treasures Books, the publishing company he founded. Each book is a treasure in its own way and a delightful find for the reader to be treasured.
